Environment At Peril

Is human being a part of the environment? If we ask this confusing question from people many of their answer will be "YES". Answer is correct hundred percent. But the real question is, do they act as they are a part of the environment. With the rapid development of technology people tries to take their lives to more and more better levels without even concerning the devastating things that they do to the environment.

Humans have been polluting the environment since the beginning the industrial revolution. Toxic gasses are being added to the atmosphere. Tainted liquids such as oil are being added into rivers. Enormous heat released by factories worms up the earth rapidly.

Above mentioned activities have made a world which is not suitable for living not only for humans but for innocent animals. Millions of fish dies in rivers and oceans after suffering from toxic foods and water. Thousands of animals loss their living areas due to decreasing of forest area. People who live in this polluted environment suffocating from various diseases. Land is decreasing due to the increasing of sea level which is caused by the melting ice.

If we don't stop this vital activities as soon as possible world will be at trouble.

Traffic Problem in Capital

As a result of the enormous increase in automobiles, increasing traffic at the capital cities is a major problem that have been faced by many countries all over the world. Some times it may take about half an hour for a motorist to drive his vehicle distance of one kilometer. When this happens to very large number of people eventually huge number of valuable human hours have been wasted on the roads. Besides that city dwellers encounter with many social and health problems as  secondary issues of this problem.

Toxic fumes are released to the atmosphere. When people breath this air, miscellaneous diseases would enter in to the body. Annoying noises which are coming from vehicles cause dizziness. Those will bring uneasiness to human minds.

Authorities can implement many programs to reduce the city traffic. But they should be very effective and they should make supportive environment to people. Parking spaces can be located at the entrances to the city. Motorists have to park their vehicles at those places and use a public transportation which have been provided by the authorities to enter the city. Development of the waterway transportation system is another effective solution. Building bypass roads will reduce the vehicles entering the city.

Economist can come with an innovative idea to solve this problem. One city should not be the main market place in the country. Cities which are situated away from the capital can be developed as emerging resource centers. So portion of the traffic will flow into those cities.
